The New Era Public School, Dwarka, was setup in the year 1989. It was the vision of our founder, Mrs. Usha Chopra who believes in the principle that ‘if people from far off places cannot come to education, education must reach them’.
Her aim was to create a unique school where students would imbibe values, a strong sense of discipline & social responsibilities, besides acquiring knowledge which would prepare them for global challenges.

Dear Parents,
As a mark of respect on the sad demise of Shri Pran Nath Kapoor, father of Smt. Usha Chopra, the school will remain closed on Saturday, 4th May 2013. The Parent Teacher meeting scheduled for this day will now be held on Saturday, 11th May 2013. The inconvenience caused to the parents is regretted.

The School will switch over to the summer timings from Monday, 1st April, 2013. It will be as follows:
Class I to VIII : 7:55 am – 2 pm
Nursery and Prep : 9 am- 2 pm
No latecomers will be allowed to enter the school.
